RNA/DNA Isolation

Microarray experiments have an enormous potential for user variability. However, the greatest factor for obtaining good results is the qualtiy of RNA/DNA obtained. Here, we describe protocols used for the isolation of high quality RNA and DNA from bacteria (C. jejuni), cultured under standardised in vitro conditions of growth. These protocols are easy to perform, rapid and reproducible.
