Bioinformatics Section

The Bioinformatics section describes software that is currently used to analyse microarray data e.g. ImaGene and GeneSpring. The section also contains a general overview on the topic of bioinformatics followed by a more in-depth overview of comparative genomics studies. The main bioinformatics software used within microarray data analysis are studied with an overview, a basic protocol and frequently asked questions.
